Main Responsibilities Develop and implement commercial strategies for selling plants, machinery, and food processing solutions. Manage existing client portfolio and develop new business opportunities. Analyze the market, identify new segments and competitors, and propose innovative commercial solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to offer customized solutions to clients. Work with the group to propose complete, turnkey solutions. Participate in industry fairs and trade missions. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in food processing or industrial plant engineering sectors. Experience in industrial food production solutions is highly recommended, especially in customizing solutions for clients. Skills in sales management and business development. Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and customer orientation. Willingness to travel internationally.
