Main Tasks and Responsibilities Manage human resources: oversee the Technical Support Team and the operations of the Technical Centers. Report on Technical Support Service costs and revenues; manage economic aspects. Lead projects from order to customer handover, coordinating and controlling CISA Technical Centers. Train CISA Technical Centers on product configuration, installation, and customer management. Provide technical solutions and best practices for customer interaction to Technical Support teams. Support sales teams by providing device lists to meet customer requirements. Apply structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and corrective actions. Support and coordinate technicians effectively. Interact professionally with customers, adapting to various needs and proposing optimal solutions. Be willing to travel at short notice, mainly within Italy but also internationally. Communicate assertively and maintain an open-minded approach, especially in stressful situations. Possess high-level electronic and IT knowledge. Have basic electrical, Ethernet networking, and mechanical knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor's or university degree in Electronics or Informatics. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in Technical Support or After-Sales Service. We Celebrate Who We Are!
