Do you enjoy providing the best solutions for customers? MSXI has the job for you! MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Helpdesk Agent to join our team in Rome. The Role As Part Of Our Team, You Will Manage Customer Inquiries, Communicate With Customers Using Different Platforms. Your Key Tasks Will Be: Provide diagnostic support Analyze and understand technical issues and provide relevant recommendations Offer explanations and insights on diagnostic procedures and the technical literature published by the Client Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction What’s in it for you?
