The ideal candidate will be dynamic and precise, supporting the sales team in managing and developing the international footwear market. The selected candidate will play a key role in organizing and ensuring the efficiency of international sales operations in the footwear sector. Responsibilities Manage foreign customer orders related to footwear, from entry to confirmation. Prepare and verify commercial documentation specific to the footwear sector (proforma invoices, final invoices, packing lists, transport documents, certificates of origin, etc.). Support relationships with international clients and suppliers of materials and components. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, administration) to ensure correct order execution. Communicate in English (mainly via email and phone) with international clients and partners. Update and manage sales databases and archives related to foreign footwear sales. Assist in organizing international trade fairs and events. Collaborate on sales reports and analysis for international footwear sales. Perform other administrative and commercial support activities related to the foreign footwear market. Requirements Bachelor's and/or master's degree. Fluent in English (written and spoken) – essential requirement. Preferably, some experience (even brief) in international back office roles, ideally in footwear or related sectors. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Proactive, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on intercultural communication. Familiarity with ERP software is a plus. Basic knowledge of the footwear industry dynamics is a plus. Residence or domicile near Fermo (FM).
