Lead Frontend Engineer

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using JavaScript frameworks/libraries - Translate design mockups (e.g., Figma) into pixel-perfect, high-performance UI components - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems when necessary Requirements : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 7 years of progressive experience in front-end development, with a strong understanding of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Deep expertise in one or more modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) with a strong understanding of their core principles and best practices. - Proven experience in leading and mentoring front-end development teams. - Solid understanding of front-end architecture patterns, state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API), and data fetching strategies (REST, GraphQL). - Experience with modern build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Parcel, Vite). - Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques. - Experience with cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines. - Proficiency in writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. - Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. - Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows. Good to Have : - Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js). - Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker). - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their front-end deployment services. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and front-end deployment processes. - Experience with UI/UX design principles and collaboration with designers. - Contributions to open-source projects.
