React.js Developer/Team Lead

Skills Required : - Expertise in designing and coding REACT applications - Experience with developing SDKs for REACT based Node and Java Script experience is nice to have - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to manage large teams and work closely with stakeholders and designers - Experience in working with Agile framework. - Experience in enterprise grade SDLC processes - Ability to handle : - Lead a team as a tech lead while contributing as an independent contributor - Interact with stakeholders and designers to finalize on backlog along with the Scrum master - Analyze the requirements and come up with functional design for solutions - Do code reviews for PRs and Mentor the team - Ensure compliance of SDLC processes and provide regular reports as needed - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
