As a crucial member of our pre-sales organization, you will be responsible for understanding client business needs, designing compelling technical solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a Solution Architect with a strong focus on pre-sales activities and client engagement. You should have strong hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end technologies, enabling you to architect comprehensive and innovative solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills are paramount, as you will be interacting directly with clients and internal stakeholders to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise Act as a technical lead in the pre-sales process, working closely with the sales team to understand client business requirements and technical landscapes. - Develop and present compelling technical solutions, proposals, and architectural blueprints that address client needs and align with our offerings. - Conduct discovery workshops and technical deep-dive sessions with prospective clients to gather detailed requirements and understand their challenges. - Design and architect end-to-end solutions, encompassing both front-end and back-end components, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. - Leverage your hands-on experience across various technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, .NET, etc.) to propose realistic and effective solutions. - Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase our capabilities and the value of our solutions. - Respond to technical inquiries from clients and address their concerns effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and delivery, to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and our capabilities. - Contribute to the development of pre-sales collateral, including solution briefs, whitepapers, and technical documentation. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices to provide innovative and competitive solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, establishing yourself as a trusted technical advisor. - Participate in the development of pricing and proposal strategies from a technical perspective. - Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical Proven experience (typically 7 years) as a Solution Architect with a significant focus on pre-sales and client engagement. - Strong hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, demonstrating proficiency in one or more technology stacks (e.g., JavaScript ecosystems like React/Angular/Node.js, Java/Spring, Python/Django/Flask, .NET Core). - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. - Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively. - Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations, as required. - Immediate joiner preferred.
