Senior Software Engineer - Python/Machine Learning

Role : Senior Software Engineer Python/ML /GenAI Experience Required : 3.5 to 5 Years Job Overview : We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python, machine learning, and generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and deploying ML applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative AI-driven solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications with a focus on machine learning (ML) and AI. - Build, train, and fine-tune ML and NLP models for real-world business use cases. - Implement and optimize large language models (LLMs) and GenAI solutions. - Design and manage database schemas to support data pipelines and AI applications. - Deploy and monitor ML models and Python applications in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in ML, NLP, LLMs, and GenAI technologies. Required Skills : - 3.5 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Python programming. - Minimum 1 years of experience in machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). - At least 1.5 years of experience with LLMs and generative AI (GenAI) applications. - Minimum 2 years of experience with any relational or NoSQL database. - Minimum 1 years of experience deploying ML models or Python applications on Azure or AWS. - Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, model training, tuning, and performance optimization. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) : - Familiarity with LLMOps and managing LLMs in production environments. - Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker). - Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering techniques.
