Team Lead - Spring Boot

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Spring Boot Team Lead to lead a team of talented developers in delivering high-quality, scalable, and performance-optimized backend systems. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of complex projects, guiding your team through technical challenges, and ensuring best practices in software engineering. Role & Responsibilities: - Leading the development team from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and testing, ensuring timely and effective delivery. - Working knowledge on API development using RESTful/SOAP Webservices. - Proficiency with database programming such as SQL and DAO, and relevant experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL. - Proficiency in Azure AKS and Docker containerization, with a solid understanding of Azure DevOps principles and best practices. - Working knowledge on Jenkins and GITLAB. - Experience on Project management using Agile methodology. - Experience in writing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Design Documentation, object-oriented software design and UML modelling. Skill Set Required: - Process driven with ability to interact with business users to gather business requirements and confirm solution design. - Ability to analyze business requirement and transform into system process. - Working Knowledge in freight forwarding / consolidation and/or 3rd Party Logistics industry will be advantages, particularly in ocean freight. - Hands-on approach to problem solving, attention to detail and creative solution design. - Team player and able to manage in diverse workforces. - Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and oral. Technical Skills Required : - Java Spring Boot/Spring frameworks, Angular, Azure AKS, Docker containerization, SQL, DAO, Relevant experience of PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, Jenkins and GITLAB. Experience (Min ~ Max): 9 Years of experience is required (Need to have 8 years development experience with Java Spring Boot/Spring frameworks, Angular and 3 years of experience in leading the development team). Recommended Experiences : - Mobile app development. - RPA development. - Working knowledge on any of Enterprise reporting tools (like Webfocus, Actuate, Bobj, Magellan, Tableau or any other analytical reporting tools).
