Senior Software Engineer - .Net/React.js

Open Position : .NET Engineer Location : Pune (Hybrid) Experience : 5 Years Must-Have : .NET, React, Azure, CI/CD Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Role Overview : We are on the lookout for a highly skilled .NET Engineer with a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms (DSA). This role focuses on developing robust, scalable applications within the Microsoft tech stack, along with modern front-end technologies. The right candidate will be key in supporting and enhancing finance and operational processes in a detail-oriented, high-performance : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using C#/.NET Core, Web APIs, and RESTful services. - Build front-end applications with TypeScript and ReactJS to enhance user experience. - Execute scripts with precision in live production environments, ensuring smooth operations. - Drive improvements and support for finance and operations-related processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless workflow integration. - Create and maintain detailed documentation, including implementation guides, process flows, and operational instructions. - Identify areas for automation, converting manual tasks into automated backend solutions. - Follow observability best practices, ensuring the systems performance metrics and data are accessible to stakeholders. - Ensure safe and reliable deployment by adhering to version control, rollback procedures, and deployment strategies. Skills & Qualifications : - At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET development. - In-depth knowledge of OOP principles, Data Structures, and Algorithms (DSA). - Strong experience with front-end development using TypeScript and ReactJS. - Solid understanding of .NET Core/.NET Framework, APIs, and backend services. - Proficient in working with relational databases like SQL Server. - Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills. Desirable Skills : - Experience with cloud platforms like Azure. - Knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate is a plus. - Familiarity with financial software, insurance systems, or reimbursement processes. - Proven track record of automating workflows and optimizing operational processes.
