UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch

Key Responsibilities : - Translate concepts and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. - Design intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and tablet platforms. - Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing. - Create user flows, journey maps, storyboards, and personas. - Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements. - Optimize UI designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance. - Maintain and evolve design systems and UI style guides. - Iterate based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics insights. - Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy. - Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with motion design and tools like Adobe After Effects, Lottie, etc. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus. - Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA). - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
