Java Full Stack Developer - Spring Boot/React.js

Experience Required : - Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Core Java, J2EE, JUnit, and Spring Boot. - Experience with Spring Webflow and messaging tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ. - Solid understanding and hands-on experience with multithreading. - Skilled in building and designing large-scale microservices and RESTful APIs for real-time, responsive apps. - Experience with ReactJS, Angular (versions 7/8/9), NodeJS, and frontend tech like HTML/HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and PostgreSQL. - Familiar with Oracle, MS SQL, or other relational databases and strong database knowledge. - Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, Ajax, jQuery, and Angular 2. - Comfortable with designing HTTP APIs and working in microservices architecture. - Knowledgeable about Cloud Platforms (like AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and automation tools like Jenkins, New Relic, Grafana, Helm, etc. - Strong unit testing skills using JUnit, mock libraries, and testing techniques. - Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, especially with distributed teams. - End-to-end experience in software development. - Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope and to specifications. - Project and Team Management - Experience managing project deliverables and prioritizing tasks with the team. - Ability to monitor project progress and report on milestones and goals. - Skilled in assigning and overseeing daily team tasks. - Comfortable coordinating with team leads and tech teams across all project phases. - Good at identifying and solving project challenges, risks, or delays. - Able to report regularly on project status and how resources are being used. Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science (or similar), or equivalent experience in software development. Soft Skills & Other Requirements : - Self-motivated and able to manage time well. - Able to handle multiple projects at once. - Can work both independently and as part of a team. - Strong in planning, estimating, and gathering requirements. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Great at solving problems.
