Web Content Production Specialist

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and proactive Web Content Production Specialist with a solid background in web publishing, global collaboration, and digital workflow management. In this role, you will lead and manage web content production initiatives across global markets and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery across digital platforms. Essential Job Functions : - Coordinate and manage the implementation of new features and content updates across global client websites. - Work closely with global cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, QA) across time zones. - Partner with the US Production Lead for Jira task assignments, content scheduling, and publishing coordination during IST hours. - Collaborate with regional stakeholders and in-country teams to ensure localized and culturally relevant content delivery. - Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of the international content workflow from ideation to publishing. - Coordinate the localization and translation delivery process across geographies. - Work in partnership with the Content QA team to align QA strategies and maintain quality standards. - Collaborate with engineering teams to drive automation initiatives in content production. - Participate in capacity planning to optimize team utilization across Business Units. - Actively contribute in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups. Required Qualifications : - 5 years of hands-on experience in web content production and publishing. - Proven ability to lead multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with web technologies: HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript. - Previous exposure to version control systems and publishing tools. - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar Web Content Management Systems (WCMS). - Comfortable working in geographically distributed teams across time zones. - Ability to grasp and navigate complex enterprise workflows quickly. - Experience in web development or a related technical role. - Familiarity with Adobe products and services. - Proficiency in a foreign language (especially in languages used in APAC, EMEA, or LATAM : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.E./B.
