L2 Support Engineer - CDC Configuration

Job Summary : We are seeking highly skilled and experienced ODS CDC L2 Support Engineers to join our team at the client location in Noida. This is a full-time onsite role ideal for professionals with a strong background in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, Change Data Capture (CDC) streams, and SQL performance optimization. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Operational Data Store (ODS) systems, ensuring data replication through CDC streams, and supporting analytics and reporting needs. Key Responsibilities : - Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for ODS and CDC stream-related issues. - Manage and maintain Oracle and PostgreSQL database systems. - Handle and monitor CDC (Change Data Capture) for data replication across systems. - Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics. - Support data extraction, transformation, and reporting activities. - Perform routine DBA tasks, including performance tuning and database health checks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability and data Skills & Qualifications : - 57 years of hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases. - Strong knowledge of CDC (Change Data Capture) concepts and tools for real-time data replication. - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, reporting, and performance optimization. - Experience with data analytics, report generation, and query design. - Good understanding of database administration and troubleshooting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and team collaboration Information : - This is a 100% onsite role based in Noida. - Remote work or work-from-home is not available for this position.
