Product Manager - AgriTech Platform

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Product Manager to drive multiple product initiatives across our AgriTech platform. You will play a central role in transforming the agricultural ecosystem through technology-driven solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, business acumen, and the passion to build products that solve real-world problems for farmers, suppliers, and the agri-value chain. Key Responsibilities : - Define and execute product strategy in alignment with business goals and customer needs. - Own the product roadmap, setting clear priorities based on data, user insights, and stakeholder inputs. - Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows and build innovative solutions to address them. - Apply a problem-solving mindset to complex business and user challenges. - Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and process improvement. - Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive product innovation. - Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, data science, and operations teams to bring products to life. - Translate business and user requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. - Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution. - Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch to iteration. - Define and monitor key metrics to measure product success, adoption, and impact. - Conduct A/B testing, feature experiments, and data analysis to guide decision-making. - Advocate for the customer at every stage of product development. - Conduct user research, gather feedback, and refine products to enhance usability and impact. - Create intuitive and scalable product experiences tailored to the needs of rural and agricultural users. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications - 57 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in tech-driven platforms. - Proven experience in problem-solving, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Strong analytical skills ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Prior experience in AgriTech, rural markets, or platform-based business models is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Exposure to user research, UX design principles, and data-driven product decisions. - Familiarity with agricultural supply chains, rural commerce, or financial services. - Understanding of product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA) and agile methodologies. - Be a part of a mission-driven organization reshaping the future of Indian agriculture. - Lead key product initiatives with the freedom to innovate and drive impact. - Work alongside a passionate and skilled team at the intersection of technology and sustainability. - Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a collaborative work culture.
