IT Compliance Manager

Education : Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, risk management, or compliance, with a strong focus on SOX compliance and IT Objective : - Ensure SOX compliance and implement robust IT controls supporting financial integrity. - Mitigate IT and financial reporting risks through effective control frameworks. - Develop and maintain IT security, access control, and change management policies. - Drive process improvements and automation while ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities : - Implement and manage SOX IT controls, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. - Conduct control testing, document procedures, and address any deficiencies identified. - Maintain IT security, access control, and change management policies. - Perform risk assessments to strengthen IT and financial controls. - Align internal controls with COSO and COBIT frameworks. - Collaborate with Finance, IT, and DevOps teams to enhance internal control systems. - Identify gaps, redundancies, and automation opportunities in control processes. - Maintain updated compliance documentation and ensure adherence to internal and Competencies : - Strong knowledge of SOX compliance, IT risk management, and internal controls. - Experience in data security, access management, and change management. - Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. - Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to documentation and (Preferred) : CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) (ref:hirist.tech)
