UI/UX Designer - Figma

Role & Responsibilities : We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team with 3-5 years of experience in user experience design and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. - Create and refine UX designs for digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience. - Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to gather insights and translate business requirements into effective design solutions. - Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes that communicate design ideas and user flows effectively. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather user insights and improve designs. - Maintain consistency across platforms by creating reusable design components and ensuring alignment guidelines. - Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across all devices. - Keep up with the latest design trends and industry best practices to create modern and competitive user experiences. Preferred candidate profile : - 3-5 years of experience in UX design. - Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design projects (web and mobile). - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, or equivalent. - Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing. - Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment (ref:hirist.tech)
