Job Summary : We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills and expertise. As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall design strategy. Responsibilities : UI Design : - Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Develop and maintain design systems and style guides. - Ensure consistency and coherence across all design deliverables. - Create micro-interactions and animations. User Research and Analysis : - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. - Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. - Create user personas and user journeys. Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and design solutions. - Present design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams. - Provide and receive constructive feedback. - Work with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs. Design Strategy and Innovation : - Contribute to the development of design strategies and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies. - Explore and implement innovative design solutions. Required Technical Skills : UI Design Tools : - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or Framer. Design Principles : - Strong understanding of UI design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices. - Understanding of responsive design. User Research : - Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Ability to analyze user data and translate insights into design decisions. Collaboration and Communication : - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with version control for design files. Web Technologies (Desired) : - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of front end frameworks is a plus.
