Fingertip Technologies - Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities : - Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Conduct business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analytics. Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements. - Utilize data visualization tools to present insights to stakeholders. - Work closely with development, operations, and finance teams to ensure project success. - Ensure timely and within-budget project completion while managing risks and roadblocks. - Create deployment plans, project scope, and articulate project scope changes to stakeholders to create change requests. - Create user journey using business flow tools Work with the UI/UX team to create the product. - Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards. - Identify areas of process improvement using analytical insights and suggest data-driven solutions. - Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication. - Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess project performance and impact. - Able to travel as required for project needs and stakeholder engagements. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Experience in project management and business analysis with a focus on Project management and coordination. - Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project. (ref:hirist.tech)
