Senior Frontend Developer - React.js/AgularJS

Job Description - Senior Frontend Developer Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices. - Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reusable frontend components and architectures. - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Next.js. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless user experiences across different devices. - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow. - Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and trends and drive continuous improvements. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues and implement necessary fixes. - Implement best practices in security, accessibility, and UI/UX standards. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 8 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript. - Strong expertise in frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. - Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, NextJs, etc.). - Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and CSS-in-JS solutions. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration. - Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and web accessibility (WCAG). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and modern build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Vite. - Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Familiarity with Micro Frontends architecture. - Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generators (SSG). - Exposure to Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) and hybrid mobile frameworks like React Native. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure,PAWS, Firebase, or.
