Softenger - Business/System Analyst - Salesforce Platform

Key Responsibilities : - Lead dynamic and interactive requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business groups and guide users toward Out-of-box Salesforce solutions and industry "Best Practices" - Adopt a robust analytical approach to evaluate business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and decompose high-level information into detailed requirements, emphasizing cross-functional inter-dependencies - Create and maintain the Functional Specs documentation, including use cases, and work collaboratively with the team to test and deploy the system changes - Work with development, design, and QA teams to ensure the business requirements are implemented and validated as per documented specs - Monitor Salesforce Service Cloud upgrades and industry trends, recommending best practices and new features to improve efficiency and leverage native functionality as much as possible - Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights to : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams - 10 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role, with 3 years' experience on Salesforce Service Cloud / Salesforce Community required - Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud / Experience Cloud features - Proficient in creating process diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
