Workforce Management Consultant - WFM/Kronos

Job Description : Designation : Workforce Management Consultant Experience : 8years Location : Remote Key Responsibilities : - Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Dimensions) modules, including Timekeeping, Absence, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics. - Integrate and support Passport application in conjunction with UKG Dimensions. This is a crew planning and scheduling software for field service organizations. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Perform system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for UKG Dimensions and Passport users. - Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on various modules. Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and generate analytical reports. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices. - Create KEDB documentation as part of incident management and analysis. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for UKG Dimensions and Passport. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. - Proven hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions), specifically in Timekeeping, Absence, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics. - Strong understanding of workforce management processes and solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with system integrations and data migration. - Knowledge of SQL and other database management tools is a plus. Nice to Have : - Working knowledge of Passport application, SAP HR (ref:hirist.tech)
