Job Description : Corporate SAP S4 Hana and ERP Product Training Position Title : Corporate SAP S4 Hana and ERP Product Training Specialist Department : Learning and Development (L&D) Location : Noida Job Type : Full-Time, In-House Training Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing/Production ERP Product Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs specifically tailored for the Pre-Sales, Demo, Sales and Implementation teams within our company. The goal of this training is to equip these teams with the necessary knowledge and hands-on skills in Manufacturing/Production ERP solutions, enabling them to effectively demonstrate, sell, and support our ERP products to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Manufacturing/Production ERP products, a strong background in corporate training, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for a non-technical audience, with a particular focus on Pre-Sales and Sales professionals. Key Responsibilities : 1. Training Program Design & Development : - Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials (presentations, guides, manuals, videos, eLearning modules) tailored to the needs of Pre-Sales Demo, Sales and Implementation teams. - Create learning paths and curriculum that focus on Manufacturing/Production features, benefits, and implementation processes as they relate to sales and customer engagement. - Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales Managers, Product Managers, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts) to identify key training needs and content gaps. 2. Training Delivery & Facilitation : - Conduct live instructor-led training (ILT) sessions, virtual training sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs for in-house Pre-Sales Demo, Sales and Implementation teams. - Provide personalized, interactive learning experiences using real-life scenarios and case studies to demonstrate the value of Manufacturing/Production ERP solutions in various business contexts. - Ensure that training materials are engaging, interactive, and aligned with the latest Manufacturing/Production features and updates. 3. Performance Assessment & Feedback : - Develop and administer assessments and quizzes to measure learner understanding and retention of Manufacturing/Production ERP solutions. - Collect feedback from participants to assess training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery methods. - Monitor progress of trainees, providing individual coaching and support when necessary to ensure success. 4. Product Expertise & Updates : - Maintain an in-depth understanding of SAP S4 Hana or any other Manufacturing/Production ERP functionality, features, and roadmaps. - Stay up to date on Manufacturing/Production ERP best practices, and industry trends, ensuring that all training content is aligned with the latest developments in the ERP space. - Collaborate with SAP or any other product teams to incorporate new releases, tools, and functionalities into training. 5. Customization of Training for Sales Focus : - Focus on customizing training content to emphasize the key selling points, differentiation, and value propositions of the ERP product for Sales teams. - Equip Pre-Sales teams with the skills to effectively present, demo, and tailor SAP S4 Hana solutions to meet specific customer needs and requirements. - Provide guidance on how to address common customer objections and demonstrate the ROI of ERP solutions effectively during client presentations. 6. Documentation & Reporting : - Develop comprehensive training schedules, agendas, and progress reports. - Track and maintain training records for all participants. - Provide post-training support through Q&A sessions, additional resources, and follow-up sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer. 7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement : - Partner with the HR, Sales, and Product Management teams to align training efforts with organizational goals and initiatives. - Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to continuously refine the training program and its alignment with strategic sales and product objectives. Qualifications : Educational Background : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - SAP certification or specialized ERP training credentials are a plus. Experience : - 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP S4 Hana and ERP solutions, with at least 2 years in a corporate training or learning and development role. - Experience delivering training to sales, pre-sales, or business teams, particularly in the context of technical solutions like ERP software. - Strong understanding of SAP S4 Hana modules and functionality, with practical knowledge of the product suite's application in real business environments. Skills : - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Proficiency in creating training materials and content, including PowerPoint, instructional guides, eLearning platforms, and other tools. - Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work across departments and engage various stakeholders. - Ability to engage learners and ensure high retention rates through dynamic and interactive training approaches. - Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Preferred : - Experience with SAP Activate methodology and implementation processes. - Familiarity with other ERP products and their differences with SAP S4 Hana. - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or related tools for tracking and managing employee learning. Key Competencies : - Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of SAP S4 Hana and ERP systems. - Communication Skills : Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. - Training & Development : Experience designing and delivering corporate training programs. - Sales Support : Knowledge of Pre-Sales and Sales processes and their interaction with technical teams. - Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot learner challenges and adapt training delivery to meet varying needs.
