Senior Wireless Network Engineer - Cisco Meraki

Key Responsibilities : - Design, plan, and implement secure, scalable wireless networks using Cisco technologies. - Create high-performance RF environments for both indoor and outdoor enterprise deployments. - Manage and operate wireless infrastructure through Cisco DNA Center (DNAC). - Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues in production environments. - Provide support during major events and ensure adherence to defined KPIs. - Develop strategic network design documentation including High-Level Designs (HLD) and Customer Requirement Documents : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or related field. - Hands-on experience in wireless networking. - Mandatory experience in deploying and managing Meraki WLAN solutions. - Professional certifications such as CCIE (Wireless), CWNP, or equivalent are highly Skills : - Expertise in RF and wireless network design across large enterprise environments. - Strong troubleshooting skills for wireless technologies including SDA, Fabric-enabled Wireless, and Meraki products. - Experience building comprehensive campus network strategies, not limited to wireless. - Familiarity with WiFi6, and scripting using Python is a plus. - Solid understanding of switching, routing, and related networking protocols. - Proven experience acting as the primary point of contact for large accounts, leading consulting, optimization, and migration projects. - Exposure to high-density wireless environments and IoT network considerations.
