Frappe Developer - Flutter/Python

We are looking for a seasoned Frappe Architect with Flutter expertise to lead the integration of Frappes low-code platform with Flutter-based front-end solutions. This is a strategic technical leadership role, responsible for designing scalable systems, leading full-stack development efforts, providing production support, and contributing to the Frappe Marketplace. Key Responsibilities Design & Leadership : - Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Flutter-based solutions integrated with Frappe. Development & Collaboration : - Lead development efforts, ensure clean and efficient code, conduct code reviews, and work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile Scrum environment. Production Support & Monitoring : - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, monitor system performance, and address user-reported problems swiftly. Marketplace Publishing : - Publish reusable Frappe components and assets to the Frappe Marketplace with comprehensive documentation and adherence to best practices. Continuous Improvement & Mentorship : - Stay updated on the latest advancements in Flutter and Frappe, mentor junior developers, and drive process improvements and best coding practices. Key Metrics for Success : - Low defect rates and high unit test coverage - On-time sprint completion and participation in peer reviews - Adoption of published assets in the Frappe Marketplace Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development - Expertise in Frappe framework, Flutter, and Python - Strong knowledge of REST APIs, DevOps practices, and database systems (MySQL, MongoDB) - Proficient in testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques - Excellent architectural skills, with a solid understanding of design patterns, scalable architecture, and UML documentation - Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Skills : - Prior experience publishing components on Frappe Marketplace - Contribution to open-source Frappe or Flutter projects (ref:hirist.tech)
