AI Solution Architect

Job Description : The AI Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver scalable, high-performance results. This role involves close collaboration with clients, development teams, and stakeholders to deploy cutting edge AI solutions across various domains, including machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions in alignment with client requirements and business objectives. - Manage the AI solution lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Collaborate with clients, product managers, and technical teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions. - Design end-to-end AI architectures, including data pipelines, model selection, deployment strategies, and performance monitoring. - Oversee AI model integration into production environments to ensure high-quality and consistent results. - Guide best practices in AI, machine learning, and data science to ensure scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. - Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and technologies for specific project requirements. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers and data scientists. - Ensure thorough testing, validation, and optimization of AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and UX/UI designers, to deliver AI solutions. - Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies and contribute to the continuous development of AI solutions within the organization. - Communicate technical AI solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications Required : - Expertise in designing AI architectures and solutions for complex business problems. - Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision algorithms. - Strong experience with data pipelines, data storage, and processing technologies. - Ability to lead and guide AI engineers and data scientists in building scalable AI solutions. - Experience in performance optimization, model evaluation, and continuous AI system improvement. - Proficiency in AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn. - Excellent leadership skills in managing, mentoring, and guiding teams. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Collaborative approach to delivering quick and effective AI design solutions. - Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on exceptional customer satisfaction. Preferred Skills : - Strong understanding of AI concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, model training, evaluation, and optimization. - Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. - Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages, with hands-on experience in machine learning libraries. - Expertise in cloud-based AI deployment and orchestration tools. - Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and techniques.
