Business Analyst. Description. We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in business analysis and will play a key role in helping our organization improve processes, products, services, and software through data analysis. Responsibilities - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. - Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications. - Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments. - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment. - Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and management. - Support project management in the implementation of solutions. - Monitor project progress and provide status updates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Skills and Qualifications : - 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or related field. - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g , SQL, Excel, Tableau). - Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in requirement gathering and documentation. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business analysis.
