Clinical Research Financial Analyst

Job Description
Description This position is responsible for managing financial and administrative activities related to clinical research projects. This role includes invoicing, collections, payments to investigators and vendors, and tracking payment schedules with sponsors. Key Responsibilities Manage invoicing processes for clinical research studies Support the legal process to sign contracts with sponsors. Track payment schedules outlined in contracts with sponsors and escalate delays as needed. Process and monitor payments to investigators, vendors, and other research collaborators. Prepare and analyze financial reports related to clinical research studies. Ensure proper reconciliation of income and expenses within the internal accounting system. Assist in internal and external audits related to clinical research projects. Maintain up-to-date financial and administrative records for each clinical study General Knowledge/Competencies Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research and finance team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial management software. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 2-3 years´ of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles. Experience in invoicing, collections, and financial reconciliations.
