Software Lead

The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for leading and managing the development of technology projects, ensuring alignment with established quality standards and the strategic objectives of the team. The primary role of this position is to coordinate the planning and execution of development initiatives, providing technical direction and ongoing support to the IT team. In addition, the role requires ensuring that both technical requirements and business needs are effectively met, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence in the delivery of technological solutions. Responsibilities Design and implement solutions aimed at creating, maintaining, and optimizing the functionality and architecture of various applications. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify needs and design effective technology solutions. Lead and guide the development of multiple software projects, ensuring proper planning and execution. Actively participate in the development of applications by contributing technical expertise and best practices. Implement and promote practices within the team to ensure compliance with established quality and functionality standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s processes, tools, and development methodologies. Requirements Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate team efforts effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences. High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and sustainable solutions. Advanced experience in debugging and performance optimization in production environments. Intermediate knowledge of software design patterns and their practical application. Experience developing applications based on microservices architecture. Experience working with multiplatform applications (Ionic, or similar). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) and deploying applications in these environments. Expert-level understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and programming principles.
