Production Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for supervising associates to accomplish department and organizational objectives. Encourages continual growth in associates regarding business knowledge. Encourages and facilitates continuous improvements RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams. Communicates company policies and objectives and fosters two-way communication. Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations Establishes and maintains effective communication. Supports company policies and objectives and promote a union free environment. Communicate to customers any changes made in the planning and/or commitments related to present open orders. Schedule all present priorities to the shop floor associates and follow up through completion QUALIFICATIONS 3- 5 years combined experienced supervisor in the present line of work. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
