About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee HR operations within our Shared Services Center. The ideal candidate will manage HR service delivery across key functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and engagement. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency, employee experience, process improvement, and stakeholder management across multiple business units. Navigate matrix organizational structures and act as a key HR partner for multiple global stakeholders including Finance, IT, and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities: HR Service Delivery: -Manage end-to-end HR service operations ensuring high-quality, consistent, and efficient services to all employees. Team Leadership: -Lead, mentor, and develop the Shared Services Center teams to ensure high performance and employee engagement. Process Management: -Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, workflows, and SLAs to drive operational excellence. Employee Lifecycle Management: -Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and personnel documentation in line with company policies. Design and lead employee engagement strategies to improve retention, promote well-being, and build a positive hybrid culture. Employee Relations Support: -Act as the first point of escalation for employee queries and sensitive cases, ensuring swift and appropriate resolution. Performance & Development Management: -Follow corporate guidelines to ensure all HR management processes such as: Performance Review, Talent Review, Compensation Review. Partner with business leaders to design and implement strategic workforce plans, succession strategies, and individual development plans to drive high performance and talent growth. Support leaders in identifying high-potential talent and addressing underperformance with empathy and rigor. Compliance: -Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Continuous Improvement: -Identify and implement automation opportunities and process enhancements to streamline HR operations. Continuously assess employee benefit offerings to enhance value and optimize cost-effectiveness in alignment with employee needs and business strategy. Collaboration: -Work closely with Centers of Excellence like Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and Business HR Partners to deliver integrated HR solutions. Reporting and Analytics: -Provide insights and reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, service levels, and compliance indicators. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree optional). 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Shared Services or operations management role. Experience in leading and developing HR teams in a Shared Services or multinational environment. Strong understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Eureka). Knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma a plus). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience communicating across global, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
