Due to this growth, Grenergy is looking for a Project Developer to join our Development team in Rome, who will manage the entire lifecycle of international photovoltaic (PV) solar energy projects and BESS You will work on the following tasks: Develop utility scale PV/ storage projects as a part of the development team Dealing with landowners with regards to negotiating land lease agreements, easements Verify projects opportunities, according to the internal manual of the company, including land verification, environmental and spatial planning conditions Manage permitting process under the supervision of Country Manager, including contact with local governance and other public authorities Manage internal due diligence of third parties projects Gathering information and preparing necessary reports for Project Developer (including input to the budget, schedules and others) Requirements: Be certified as Categorie protette: L.68/99 Degree of Engineering (preferably environmental, civil, energy) Experience from working with similar responsibilities. Experience from working with renewable projects and permitting Excellent English and Italian written and oral communication skills. Spanish as a plus.
