Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for leading the definition and continuous refinement of HVAC strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, as well as leading business development projects and strategic planning. Responsibilities: Define and implement business (including sustainability) strategy (long-term and annual plans), proactively challenging the status quo and offering alternative scenarios. Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis. Identify inorganic growth opportunities and support active management of the business portfolio, leading potential inorganic projects. Lead the development of partnerships and collaborations to enhance HVAC technology market position. Propose and lead strategic development projects for the Business Line and Division. Ensure understanding of the competitive and market landscape among relevant stakeholders. Communicate the strategy effectively and oversee its systematic execution. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Support and foster cross-functional collaboration with business and corporate colleagues. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Who we are looking for: Preferably degree educated in a relevant field of study. Experience in an HVAC business environment. Proven experience advising and leading stakeholders across OEMs and end-users. Experience in business management or consulting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and negotiation. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
