Partner with the best In this role you will be responsible for the interaction with Application Engineers on Electrical subjects for a more efficient technical offer definition for MV motors, VFD, generators, e-house and BOP. As Lead Electrical Support Engineer- Tendering you will be responsible for: Support technical bidding activities, as Feasibility Studies and offers, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables of submitted bids, either for GTE, GTS and CTS. Being informed about product configurators and product datasheets, fostering to use them as baseline for the technical proposal, to speed-up proposal delivery consistent with our quality standard and guide an integrated and consistent hand-off from ITO to OTR phase. Supporting product Configuration Manager to develop and maintain product configurators proactively, reporting feedback on content and usability, voice of customer and lessons learnt. Establish constant synergy with Engineering product director, Brush team and the Application Engineer, ensuring BH strategy adoption and growth and enlarge BH portfolio with the aim to reduce carbon footprint. Applying and promoting standard work based on robust technical risk management, collaborating in processes and tools related to engineering engagement in ITO, maximizing tool adoption, assuring engagement of the right level of technical authority for each proposal. Defining, together with each TTH, technical guidance for Application Engineering by redacting or approving internal policy (ETO). Monitoring Engineering budget composition in ITO for a rigorous approach in final productivity management. Feeding robustly and consistently the OTR phase by focusing on a proper and detailed hand off (ITO vs OTR). Working closely with People Leaders to provide updates on future projects to better manage internal/external resources. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a strong electrical background in engineering, at least 10 years’ experience within an engineering environment. Have solid technical knowledge of electrical Systems Engineering, Validation and quality assurance. Have the desire to lead cross-functional activities, influence, mentor and innovate working patterns contributing to the success of the business unit. Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment. Demonstrate good presentation skills, leadership in communicating business goals. Have a basic knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and materials. Strong interpersonal communication & leadership skills. Be fluent both in English and in Italian (oral and written) and hold an EU passport or work permit.
