Store Planner Allocator

The Store Planning Allocator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of all activities related to the delivery and movement of products, including all materials supplied to stores, taking care of commercial needs and ensuring product availability in store/warehouse. Supervises and verifies that product is delivered to stores in a timely manner throughout the season. The main objectives of this position are: Manage and move the product based on availability and commercial objectives to guarantee service quality and maximize sell-through. Coordinate the inventory of assigned stores to ensure adequate stock levels in line with store objectives. Ensure all activities occur within scheduled timescales and meet business needs. Qualifications Manage and control the assortment plans of assigned stores and related product transfers to achieve business objectives, following Retail Manager guidelines. Control assortment levels to ensure stores meet their business goals. Manage Pre-Season and In-Season planning, adhering to budgets and guidelines. Plan, monitor, and ensure timely delivery of products and materials to sales points. Prepare high-level analyses and business reports, providing strategic and tactical recommendations to maximize sales and profitability. Collaborate with Buyers and Retail Supervisors to review store performance and commercial objectives. Manage and coordinate resources including personnel, costs, and investments. Promote role development through proactive, team, and digital initiatives aimed at innovation and efficiency. Encourage and develop the use of digital technologies within the role for process management and stakeholder communication. Adopt behaviors and promote actions aligned with Sustainable Development, focusing on environmental care, process improvement, and organizational well-being.
