Lead Full Stack Developer - Java/Python

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java or Python for the backend and React JS for the frontend. - Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. - Take applications from development through to production, ensuring smooth and efficient releases. - Assist with the migration of existing applications and systems to new platforms or technologies. - Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other development teams to deliver high-quality software. - Perform thorough bug testing and ensure seamless integration of different components. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. - Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks. - Create and maintain technical documentation. Requirements : - Experience : 7 years of professional experience in full stack development. - Backend Development : 5 years of experience in Java or Python backend development. - AWS Expertise : 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) - Frontend Development : 3 years of experience with React JS. - Production Experience : Proven experience in taking applications from development to production. - Migration Experience : Experience with application and system migration. - Testing & Debugging : Strong debugging and testing skills. - Integration Experience : Experience with integrating various systems and APIs. - Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Notice Period : Must be able to join within 15 days. Location : Bangalore. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with specific AWS services relevant to our technology stack. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with database management (SQL or NoSQL) (ref:hirist.tech)
