About the Job : We are seeking a skilled and passionate Ionic Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Ionic Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You will leverage your expertise in web technologies and the Ionic framework to create engaging and user-friendly mobile experiences for our users. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement user-facing mobile applications using the Ionic framework. - Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. - Integrate mobile applications with backend systems and RESTful APIs. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional mobile interfaces. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide constructive feedback. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of mobile applications to identify and resolve issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development and the Ionic ecosystem. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues reported by users or QA teams. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools. - Work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of an agile development team. - Participate in project planning and estimation activities. - Maintain and update existing mobile applications. - Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines (e.g., iOS App Store, Google Play Store). Requirements : - 3 to 5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with a strong and demonstrable focus on the Ionic framework. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Strong expertise in TypeScript. - Proven experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating mobile applications with backend systems. - Familiarity with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks, with a preference for Angular. Experience with React is also considered valuable. - Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, best practices, and platform-specific design guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design). - Experience with responsive design principles and techniques for mobile applications. Tools & Technologies : - Proficient in using version control systems, particularly Git. - Familiarity with branching strategies and workflows (e.g., Gitflow). - Experience with build and deployment processes for mobile applications (iOS and Android). - Familiarity with mobile development tools and SDKs. - Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies for mobile applications. Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail. - Strong analytical and debugging abilities. - Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. - A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and staying updated with new Qualifications (Nice to Have) : - Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux). - Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS or Android) concepts. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app development. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Understanding of mobile security best practices. - Experience with performance optimization techniques for mobile applications. - Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio of publicly available mobile applications.
