GTM System Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities : - Administer and configure core GTM systems (e.g., CRM - like Salesforce, HubSpot; Marketing Automation - like Marketo, Pardot; Sales Engagement - like Outreach, SalesLoft; Customer Success platforms; Data Enrichment tools). - Manage user access, profiles, permissions, and licenses within GTM platforms. - Support internal users by providing training, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related queries. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their system needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of new GTM tools or features. - Ensure data integrity and cleanliness across GTM systems through regular audits, data cleansing initiatives, and process enforcement. - Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization. - Help define and implement best practices for using GTM systems effectively. - Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into GTM activities and system usage. - Stay updated on new features and capabilities of existing GTM systems and relevant industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Proven experience administering and configuring one or more major GTM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot CRM, Marketo, etc.). - Strong understanding of core Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes. - Experience with data management, data cleaning, and ensuring data quality within CRM or similar systems. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to GTM applications. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and train users of varying technical abilities. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system inefficiencies. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Qualifications : - Experience with system integrations between different GTM tools. - Knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation within GTM platforms. - Relevant certifications for specific GTM software (e.g., Salesforce Administrator). - Experience with process improvement methodologies related to GTM operations.
