Job Summary : We are actively seeking a highly accomplished and technically proficient Technical Architect - Microsoft Dynamics CRM with a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert with a robust blend of functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), coupled with strong capabilities in team leadership, client engagement, and solution architecture. This role demands a hands-on, proactive, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally effective in support and project delivery models. This position will serve as a key pillar in ensuring the successful design, development, deployment, and support of CRM solutions that align with business goals and deliver exceptional user experiences. The role involves direct collaboration with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams, requiring a balance of deep technical knowledge, sound judgment, communication prowess, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities : Solution Architecture and Design : - Architect end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across sales, marketing, customer service, and field service modules. - Translate business requirements into scalable, flexible, and secure technical designs. - Lead the development of technical specifications, architecture blueprints, solution documents, and functional design documents. - Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with Microsoft's best practices and industry standards. - Develop integrations using Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages), Azure services, and third-party tools. Client and Stakeholder Engagement : - Partner with clients to deeply understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives. - Translate client requirements into clear functional and technical outcomes. - Present solution architecture and technical proposals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Act as the primary technical point of contact for client engagements, fostering long-term strategic relationships. Technical Leadership : - Provide mentorship and technical guidance to CRM developers, functional consultants, and testers. - Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and performance benchmarks. - Guide the development team in implementing CRM plugins, JavaScript, workflows, and custom business logic. - Drive quality assurance by promoting best practices in development, testing, and deployment. Project Delivery and Execution : - Lead CRM implementations from requirements analysis through deployment and support. - Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables with a strong focus on quality and performance. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-up meetings. - Ensure seamless deployment of CRM solutions across environments, including cloud and on-premise configurations. Support and Maintenance : - Work within a support model, managing incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance optimization. - Maintain and monitor existing CRM systems for reliability, stability, and scalability. - Implement change management and release processes to support continuous improvements and upgrades. - Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams for issue resolution, system backups, and compliance. Required Qualifications and Skills : Technical Expertise : - 10 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE (Customer Engagement) in an architect or lead technical role. Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and customizing CRM systems using : - Plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, business process flows, Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Pages, and Dataverse. - In-depth understanding of CRM entities, form scripting, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and security models. - Extensive experience in data modeling, solution layering, deployment strategies, and CI/CD automation. - Solid knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, etc.) for integration scenarios. Functional Knowledge : - Broad knowledge of CRM business modules : Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service. - Ability to design end-to-end business process flows tailored to specific industry requirements. - Strong understanding of GDPR, data protection, and compliance within CRM systems. Soft Skills : - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly. - Capability to handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Support Model Experience : - Hands-on experience in operating within a CRM support and maintenance model. - Familiarity with ITIL processes such as incident, change, and problem management. - Comfortable working in a ticket-based environment with SLAs and service delivery metrics. Education and Certifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Power Platform Solution Architect highly desirable. - Additional certifications in Azure, DevOps, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus. Preferred Attributes : - Passionate about technology, innovation, and delivering value through CRM systems. - Eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform updates and features. - Strong documentation skills and experience with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms. - Experience working with global teams and delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
