Job Title : Solution Architect Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep technical background, responsible for architecting robust and scalable end-to-end software solutions that directly address our clients' business challenges and align with their strategic goals. You will act as a critical bridge, effectively translating client requirements into well-defined technical blueprints and facilitating seamless collaboration between clients, pre-sales, sales, engineering, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of secure, innovative, and future-proof digital products that provide maximum value to our clients. Key Responsibilities : Client Requirements and Solution Translation : - Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical landscapes. - Translate complex business needs and non-functional requirements into clear, comprehensive, and well-architected technical solutions. System Architecture and Technology Selection : - Design robust and scalable system architectures, define optimal integration patterns between various systems, and recommend the most appropriate technology stack, frameworks, and tools best suited to meet project requirements, considering factors like performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. Pre-Sales and Technical Proposal Support : - Collaborate closely with pre-sales and sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales process. - Contribute to the preparation of compelling technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and presentations that effectively communicate the proposed solutions to clients. Feasibility Assessments and System Design : - Conduct thorough feasibility assessments of proposed solutions, analyze technical constraints and opportunities, and define scalable and secure system designs that align with industry best practices and client security policies. Development Team Guidance and Architectural Compliance : - Provide clear architectural guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to the defined architecture, coding standards, and best practices. - Act as a technical point of reference and mentor for the development team. Architectural Documentation : - Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed architectural diagrams, data flow models, sequence diagrams, API specifications, and system design specifications. - Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and up-to-date. Code and Architecture Reviews : - Conduct thorough code and architecture reviews to ensure quality, consistency, performance, security, and adherence to architectural blueprints and best practices. - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to development teams. Technical Risk Mitigation and Planning : - Identify and proactively mitigate potential technical risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle. - Estimate development costs, resource requirements, and plan for system scalability, performance, and future growth. Emerging Technology Exploration : - Continuously stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and architectural patterns. - Evaluate their potential applicability to our clients' needs and proactively propose innovative improvements and solutions. Preferred Qualifications : - Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional), Microsoft Azure Architect (Associate or Expert), or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect. - Proven experience working in agile and DevOps environments, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices. - Prior experience working directly with global clients in diverse domains such as e-commerce, fintech, logistics, or healthcare, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific challenges and best practices. Required Skills : - Deep understanding of various architectural patterns (Microservices, Monolithic, Event-Driven, Serverless). - Strong expertise in designing and implementing integration patterns (RESTful APIs, SOAP, message queues). - Proven ability to select and justify appropriate technology stacks based on project requirements. - Excellent understanding of security principles and best practices in software architecture. - Strong knowledge of data modeling and database design principles (both relational and NoSQL). - Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Experience with UML or other modeling languages. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
