Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio Developer - Azure AI

Job Title : M365 Copilot Studio Developer (Azure AI) Position Overview : We are looking for an AI Bot Developer and Business Process Analyst to create and deploy AI-powered Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio and Azure AI, driving business automation and optimization. Key Responsibilities : - Develop Copilot Agents : Create customized AI agents with Copilot Studio to meet client needs. - Integrate with Azure AI : Use Azure OpenAI and other Azure services to enhance AI solutions. - Collaborate with Stakeholders : Understand business requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions. - Customize & Optimize : Tailor pre-built models and workflows for optimal agent performance. - Training & Support : Train users and provide ongoing support for AI tools. - Deployment & Monitoring : Ensure smooth deployment and monitor AI agent performance. - Documentation : Maintain process and configuration documentation for scalability. Qualifications : - Experience with AI Tools : Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar platforms. - Technical Skills : Proficiency in workflow design, APIs, and coding (e.g., Python, PowerShell). - AI & Automation Knowledge : Understanding of machine learning and LLM deployment. - Communication Skills : Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Problem-Solving : Creative and analytical mindset for delivering AI solutions.
