M365 Copilot Studio Developer

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement custom Copilot Studio solutions and plugins. - Build and deploy conversational AI experiences and workflows within M365. - Integrate Copilot Studio with various M365 applications and services (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc. - Develop and maintain custom connectors to external data sources. - Leverage Microsoft Graph API and other M365 APIs for seamless integration. - Customize and extend M365 applications to meet specific business requirements. - Implement security and compliance best practices within M365 environments. - Apply AI and machine learning concepts to enhance Copilot Studio capabilities. - Develop and integrate natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models. - Optimize AI-driven workflows for performance and accuracy. - Design scalable and maintainable Copilot Studio solutions. - Develop architectural blueprints and technical specifications. - Ensure alignment of solutions with business requirements and technical standards. - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Copilot Studio solutions. - Debug and troubleshoot complex issues within M365 and Copilot Studio. - Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. - Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 and AI technologies. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Contribute to the development of reusable components and : - Experience : 5-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and AI. - Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 development and integration. - Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph API and related M365 APIs. - Experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform. - Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts. - Experience with NLP and machine learning Skills : - Proficiency in relevant programming languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python). - Experience with API development and & Debugging : - Experience with testing frameworks and debugging : - Excellent written and verbal communication : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related Qualifications : - Microsoft certifications related to M365 and AI. - Experience with Azure Cognitive Services. - Experience with cloud-based AI platforms. - Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (ref:hirist.tech)
