StaidLogic - Senior Mobile App Developer - iOS/Android Platform

Role Description : This is an opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile App Developer at StaidLogic. You will play a crucial role in the complete lifecycle of mobile application development, from initial design and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and scalability of our mobile applications while continuously enhancing the user experience. This role offers a hybrid work model, primarily based in our Hyderabad office with the possibility of some work-from-home Responsibilities : - Mobile Application Development : Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. - Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior mobile developers within the team. - Architecture and Design : Contribute to the architectural design and technical decisions for mobile application projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. - Full Development Lifecycle : Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Code Quality and Standards : Ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices within the mobile development team. - Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and efficient application performance. - Database Integration : Design and implement efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms, integrating mobile applications with various databases and backend systems. - API Integration : Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services. - User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) : Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces, focusing on enhancing the overall user experience. - Testing and Quality Assurance : Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and UI tests to ensure the quality and stability of mobile applications. Participate in code reviews and bug fixing. - Troubleshooting and Debugging : Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs within mobile applications. - Staying Updated : Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development for both iOS and Android platforms. - Collaboration : Work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, backend developers, and testers. - Documentation : Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for mobile application development processes and : - Programming Skills : Strong proficiency in relevant mobile development programming languages (e.g., Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android). - Mobile App Development Experience (iOS & Android) : Extensive experience (ideally 5 years) in developing and deploying native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. - Databases Experience : Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with mobile databases (e.g., SQLite, Realm) and integration with backend databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). - Integration Experience : Experience in integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs, web services, and other backend systems. - Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Proficiency : Strong understanding and practical experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for styling mobile application interfaces (especially within hybrid or cross-platform frameworks, if applicable). - Independent Work and Team Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and collaborate seamlessly within a team environment. - Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges. - Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related Skills (Good to Have) : - Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter). - Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP, Clean Architecture). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployments. - Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Espresso, XCTest). - Understanding of mobile security best practices. - Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools for mobile applications. - Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
