Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework. - Design and maintain database schemas for efficient data storage and processing. - Integrate external software libraries and APIs into existing projects to enhance functionality. - Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Effectively communicate project status, technical issues, and solutions to stakeholders. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. - Utilize version control systems (e., Git) to manage code changes and collaborate with team members. Required Skills : - Excellent knowledge of the Laravel framework and its ecosystem. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript - Proficiency in object-oriented programming - Expertise in SQL schema design, REST API development, API tokens, AJAX, and SOLID principles - Good knowledge of MVC architecture and core design patterns - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Strong project management and problem-solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
