Job Description Oversee and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop effective plans and specifications. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time. Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project risk and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Foster a positive team environment and provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
