Job Description Oversee and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop effective plans and specifications. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time. Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project risk and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Foster a positive team environment and provide leadership and guidance to junior team members. The Successful Applicant A successful 'Multifamily Construction - Project Manager - Denver' should have: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in managing multifamily construction projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
