Job Description Commercial Construction - Superintendent - New York, New York Manage all phases of interior renovation and ground up commercial construction projects from planning to completion. Coordinate daily on-site operations , including subcontractor management, scheduling, and logistics. Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards . Enforce safety regulations and compliance with all local building codes and OSHA requirements. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper execution. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively . Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing subcontractors and site logistics . Expertise in reading and interpreting construction drawings, schedules, and budgets . Knowledge of NYC building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices . A DOB Superintendent License is a plus .
