Investment Banking Consumer Associate

They are seeking a talented and driven Investment Banking Associate to join their Consumer team in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, with a focus on the consumer sector, and a proven ability to manage and execute transactions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, including preparing pitch books, financial models, and transaction documents. Conduct detailed industry and company research to support transaction processes. Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients. Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders. Assist in the negotiation and closing of transactions. Maintain and develop client relationships through effective communication and project management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the consumer sector. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
