Project Manager - Concrete Restoration

Known for their commitment to quality and safety, they work on complex commercial and industrial structures, particularly parking garages, balconies, and high-rise exteriors . Job Description Oversee all phases of concrete restoration projects from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Communicate daily with clients, engineers, and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues. Perform site inspections and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with structural repair specs. Prepare RFIs, change orders, cost tracking reports, and project documentation. Strong knowledge of structural repair techniques, coatings, sealants, and post-tension systems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of detail and professionalism. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred, but equivalent field experience is welcome.
