With a existing office of 50 people in Albuquerque, our client is looking to expand their commercial division. Job Description Key Responsibilities Run/manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget Maintain quality and safety standards Mentor and manage team members Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers Develop site utilization and logistic plans Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The Successful Construction Superintendent: Ground up commercial construction experience 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent Strong knowledge in scheduling softwares such as P6 and Procore Ability to travel for out of state assignments. This is a New Mexico based opportunity will require travel to neighboring states.
