The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field 5-15 years of relevant experience with occupied apartment renovation projects Proven experience in project management within the property construction industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in project management software What's on Offer An estimated salary range of $135,000 - $180,000 (dependent on experience) 100% employee covered healthcare Unlimited PTO 401k match 15-20% bonus opportunity 100% covered travel This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organization in the multifamily construction industry.
